Duty stamps
I need to apply duty stamps to my bottles, can you provide this and how does this work?
Within our warehouse it is possible to add duty stamps to your products, you will find the different ways we can manage this below:
At first we have to discuss the stamps itself, which we can manage in 2 different ways:- You provide the duty stamps: You ship us the duty stamps which we need to use. You'll get a notification when we receive them.
- We provide the duty stamps: We have some of the duty stamps already in stock or we can order them.
Discuss with our team if it's better to provide them yourself or not in case if it's urgent.
It's time to decide which way you want to apply the duty stamps when we have received them.
- With an outgoing order: You place an order with the use of our customer portal and add the duty stamps to the order. Fill in the adress of the customer and fill in 'Apply duty stamps' in this field:

Also contact our customer service to discuss the deadline of the order.
we will pick your order and apply the stamps on the requested article(s). We will seal the pallet(s) once the stamps are attached and the order is ready for transport/ pick-up. - With an internal relocation: You place an order with the use of our customer portal and add the bottles and duty stamps to the order. Select yourself as customer and use the delivery method 'interne verhuizing'. Fill in 'Apply duty stamps' in this field:

You need to follow the next steps after the duty stamps are applied:
Create a new article: make sure to specify that it's an article with a duty stamp for a specific country. (for example: Vodka X (UK Label)).
Place an announcement: Announce the amount of the newly created article through our portal and share the reference number with us. We will process the article and put them on location.
The stock should be visible in the portal once you have finished the steps explained at 2. You can now add this newly created article to your outgoing order(s).
