Transport arranged by you
I have an order and want to arrange the transport myself or my customer wants to arrange it himself, is this possible?
Yes ofcourse it is a possibility. When placing the order on our portal please choose 'pickup' as the delivery method. The same rules will apply as with the pickup orders.
You will receive a pre-loading list when we process the order in our system. On this list you will find an estimated amount of pallets the order will be on. You will receive a final loading list once the order is finished, on this list you find the actual amount of pallets.
Please wait for the final loading list to know how many pallets you need to book for transport.
If you provide the loading reference (which you can find on the final loading list) to the transport company you are using, then they can contact us to coordinate the collection of the goods.
If the driver does not have a loading reference, we will not load the truck.
