Track & trace

I want to know when my shipment will arrive at my customer, where can I find the track & trace link?

In our customer portal you can check the status of your shipment. 

You will get an overview of all our shipments if you go to 'MY SHIPMENTS' on our portal.

You can check the status of your shipment in the row 'Track and Trace'. It's possible that there is no link available for your shipment, but this doesn't mean that your shipment is not in delivery. It simply means that we don't have a link with this carrier to our portal. 

Please contact us if you want to know the status of your shipment when there is no link available, we will contact the transport company and come back to you when we have an update.
