How to access the AWC Support Portal

For key accounts that regularly work with our warehouse operations team, Amsterdam Warehouse Company offers an additional support portal:
support.amsterdamwarehouse.com/tickets-view

This portal gives you a clear overview of all tickets submitted to our warehouse operations team. These tickets are created when, for example, a shortage form is submitted or an email is sent to warehouse@amsterdamwarehouse.com.

What can you do in the support portal?

  • View tickets
    See all open and closed tickets related to your account — both your own and those submitted by your colleagues.

  • Track status
    Each ticket shows a clear status:

    • Open: new or in progress

    • Closed: resolved

  • Reply to tickets
    You can respond directly within a ticket thread to provide updates or ask follow-up questions. All replies go straight to our warehouse operations team.

  • Central overview
    Everything in one place, always accessible.

Who is eligible for access?

The support portal is intended only for customers who are in regular, day-to-day contact with our warehouse operations team — typically those with frequent shipments or ongoing operational coordination.

Access is available upon request. If you'd like to use the portal, please email warehouse@amsterdamwarehouse.com with the following details:

  • Full name of each user

  • Email address(es)

Once approved, users will receive an invitation to set a password and log in.
