I want to request a counting of my inventory, how do i do this?
It is essential to conduct an annual inventory check to ensure the accuracy of the inventory list. The Dutch Tax authorities require a yearly inventory check, but in addition to this, it can also be beneficial to perform more frequent stock checks to maintain control over your inventory.
We have a lot of experience with performing stock counts for customers. We can provide a stock count of your whole stock or of a selection of articles of your choice. We register everything we count and will send you a mutation report of the possible differences we encounter.
It is possible to perform the counting together with one of your coworkers or with your accountant. This is not our preference because of safety precautions as we need to walk in the warehouse a lot.
Note: It's not possible to process orders or incoming goods during the day(s) we are counting your stock.
