It means that your order is finished and ready for pickup/transport. It is the delivery sheet and this means that the amounts you see on it is final.
The difference between the pre-loading list and the final loading list is that the pre-loading list is an estimated amount and the final loading list is the actual amount on the order.
Below will you get an explanation on what the most important things means.
- We will add your logo here on the final loading list if you send it to us.
- This is the reference number which is very important, without this number are we not going to load the truck if it's an external carrier.
- Here you will find the article number which we use in our warehouse management system to identify all the different product.
- Over here you will find the amount of this product on the order, you will also find the volume, alcohol percentage and batchcode.
- You can find the e-AD number over here if this applies to your shipment.
- This is the total weight of the shipment.
- You will see an overview of how many pallets the order consist of. You can also see the dimensions of the pallets.
💡 Important: Ensure that your transport company has the correct loading reference and coordinates pickup directly with AWC.
