(Customs formalities still require hands on operations of the consignee). If you have a booking from Rotterdam to destination, they can arrange the inland transport if necessary! On the flip side, with their strong connections with the big shipping companies, arranging a booking if you already have the inland transport organized is as easy as 1-2-3!

Container loading: Containers can be loaded all over the country if need be! Our warehouse specializes in safely loading a container to ensure our goods will be in the best condition upon arrival. Both loading by pallet or loading by hand is possible.

Documents and excise regulations: Their dedicated team of experts stays current with evolving excise laws and regulations. We handle all necessary permits, taxes, and paperwork to ensure your shipments meet the required standards, reducing the risk of delays or fines. They ship and retrieve your containers under excise suspension. Meaning excise duties won’t be cleared or processed in its entirety until it has reached its destination.

The only documentation you are expected to provide are commercial invoices & packing list. In regards to special commodities (like alcoholic beverages) it might sometimes be required to supply a Material Data Safety Sheet. Most bottled alcohol is exempted from any Dangerous Goods regulations.
