Compensation in case of damages or losses
We do everything we can to keep your goods safe and undamaged. Nevertheless, damage or loss may occur. In this article you will find more information on how we deal with damage and loss.
We are responsible for damages or losses within our warehouse to an extent of 2 SDR per KG, with a max. 4,000 SDR per consignment. You can submit a claim.
We will make every effort to compensate your claim as quickly and properly as possible. We will inform you of our decision within 14 days of receiving your claim form.
