Cargosnap
I'm receiving emails from a program called Cargosnap. What does this mean and where can I use this for?
Amsterdam Warehouse Company makes use of Cargosnap, a tool used to capture and document images of packages/pallets as well as their associated waybills/picking lists.
Cargosnaps are taken at the following instances:
- Incoming goods
- Once an order is fully picked and verified (before pallets are sealed)
- Loading of a container
- Loading of a shipment
- Pickup of a container
- Signature upon pickup
- Damages and/or breakages
- Return of pallets/packages
- Value-Added Logistics (VAL) activities
Cargosnaps are captured as evidence of our received and shipped items. You will receive a confirmation email for each completed Cargosnap "flow." In this email, you can view the photos taken within our warehouse.
Do you want to add a new email address so they can also view the cargo snaps of your organization? Please contact our Customer Service.
Do you have any suggestions for taking cargo snaps (that are currently not being taken) which you would like to receive in the future? If so, please email our warehouse manager. We will assess whether this is feasible within our procedure.

Your opinion is important to us! We consistently aim to offer you the most valuable information. Would you be so kind to answer the question below?
