Add a new article to the customer portal
You can create an article in our customer portal if you have a new article which is not registered in our sytem yet.
You can create articles in our system with the below staps:
Go to our customer portal and click on the button “Create new articles”:

A new screen will open where you can download the empty articles Excel document.

When you have filled in all the article information in the excel sheet, then it’s time to upload it at the customer portal.
To upload the articles, you should select the file you have filled in and press the “upload” button.
The articles should be visible in the portal within several minutes after uploading the file. If the articles are not visible yet, then there is an error in the file and our customer service will send you an email to let you know what’s causing the error.
It is not necessary to create a new article for each announcement. An article only needs to be created if it is a new article!
The articles that have been uploaded will only be visuable in the Portal by “announce goods”.
